Born and raised in Encinitas, I have a deep understanding of the North County San Diego market and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. With more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiations—and more than $89 million in closed sales—I provide expert guidance and concierge-level service for buyers, sellers, investors, and landowners.

As a full-service REALTOR®, I do more than facilitate transactions—I help clients maximize their property’s value by managing everything from minor improvements to complete home renovations before it goes on the market.
